Clayton Pike first appeared in Season 11 of the drama series When Calls the Heart. He is portrayed by Georgie Daburas.
Background[]
Clayton Pike is a seasonal laborer and occasional poet. He worked as a laborer for Union City Holdings. He is close to his mother, Hazel Pike, and does his best to look out for her.
Storyline[]
Season 11[]
Pike was paid by Jeanette Aucoin under her alias, Casimir Shaw, to take the fall for the shooting of Governor Bouchard.[1] Pike’s mother needed surgery, and he accepted the money in order to pay for it. Jeanette used Pike because he had worked for Bernhardt Montague’s company and would direct suspicion toward Montague.
Nathan arranged for Pike to spend the night in the Hope Valley jail on his way to Granville Prison. Bill and Rosemary talked to Pike and tried to get information out of him, but Pike was terrified and would not tell them anything except that the person behind the shooting was very powerful. He was willing to go to jail rather than name the mastermind, because he feared what would happen to him and his mother.[2]
