Storyline[]
Dottie Ramsey was the wife to the mayor, Silas Ramsey, up until his death in Season 3. After he dies, Dottie decides to open a dress shop, with the help of Rosemary and then later Clara. Before this she worked for Henry Gowen as his Assistant in the Mayor's office. Eventually, her business grows, and she opens another shop in Union City.
