Synopsis[]
Elizabeth receives some unexpected help from Lucas in her mission to create a town library and Rosemary shares a struggle on her heart with Lee. Bill also serves as a judge in Hope Valley when Jesse sues Gowen. Bill and Nathan apprehend an infamous outlaw, "Gentleman Johnny" (Bruce Boxleitner) while Fiona and Rosemary explore different fashion ideas.
