Jake Garrison was a minor character who appeared in Season 3 of When Calls the Heart. He was portrayed by Chris William Martin.
Background[]
Jake Garrison was the leader of the Garrison Gang, a band of criminals who had robbed banks and killed people. He killed one of Bill Avery's good friends, leaving Bill with a desire for revenge.
Storyline[]
Season 3[]
Jake Garrison came to Hope Valley along with Sonny and Lucky Garrison in order to bring Frank Hogan, also known as Matt Landry, back into their gang so they could his safecracking skills to rob a gold train. Jesse Flynn promised Jake that he could bring Frank back, since he had worked closely with him in the past. When Frank refused to rejoin the gang, they threatened him and Abigail. When Bill found out Jake was in town, he sought to get revenge on him for the murder of his friend. Bill almost shot Jake, but was stopped by Jack Thornton, who urged him to let Jake be brought to justice. Jake and his gang were arrested by the Mounties, and he died in jail.
