In 1916, Kevin was on the town council. His was one of the votes against the proposed ordinance that all businesses close by 10 pm. His reasoning was that sometimes he had to work late, and would like to be able to have a beer after a hard day's work. He was seen enjoying the saloon and playing darts with Fiona.

Kevin was a groomsman in Clara and Jesse's wedding.
