"The Mountie Way" is the first episode in the twelfth season of When Calls the Heart. It originally aired on January 5 in 2025.
Synopsis[]
Change is in the air in Hope Valley. As Elizabeth starts the new school year, she receives a sentimental surprise, just in time to welcome her newest students: her son, Jack Jr., and Dr. Faith Carter's daughter, Lily Watson. Nathan trains Oliver Garrett, a new-to-town Mountie cadet. When Lucas enlists Lee to work on an important project, Lee and Rosemary must make a landmark decision. As Angela begins to look at colleges, the Canfields face the possibility that she may soon be leaving home. Elizabeth's relationship with Nathan brings her closer to his adopted daughter, Allie. A new comic book becomes a hit with Hope Valley's youngest residents.
